A year ago I started painting and
modelling 28mm figures and played my first wargames with a group of friends. As
we all have a major interest in the Napoleonic period, it was an obvious choice
to start playing Napoleonic battles.
Not for any special reason, we played using the Black Powder
ruleset, to simulate large battalion level games between the French and the Allied
forces. Quiet some enjoyable and very long game to say the least !
But as one dives deeper and deeper
in the fascinating world of miniatures and wargames, discovering other rules
sets spanning different periods and game types, a new world opens.
This blog is just a small attempt
to track my progress and to show some of the projects I did in the last year
and any future work.
I hope it will be a nice experience
for all.
